There's a guy in Auburn that does it and what used to be Double R Meats in Mt. Pleasant, don't remember the name now, but look under butchers, I've seen advertise for deer. Also, pick up the Midland Daily News, somebody lists an ad in the classifieds, I'll PM you the info. on the guy in Auburn, he bones them out, no saw, reasonable rates.

The Butcher Block.
He's on Lincoln Road just SW of Mt. Pleasant. Very reasonable prices, great recipes on salami, hunter stick, breakfast sausage, etc, and he vacuum packs most everything. He also has a raffle. Everyone who takes a deer there get a ticket towards a rifle. I think it's a ML this year.
